About Ryan

With over 25 years in the construction industry (yes, he started before the internet was a thing), Ryan brings a treasure trove of knowledge and expertise to our team. Growing up in the interior, Ryan developed a passion for building at a young age, working alongside his dad as a finisher. That early start set the foundation for a stellar career, eventually making him a skilled journeyman carpenter. He’s basically a construction wizard but without the hat.

Ryan’s not just a master of wood and nails; he’s also a dad to three daughters. If you’ve ever wondered why he has grey hairs, wonder no more. Balancing professional and personal life like a pro, Ryan’s dedication shines through, whether he’s on the job site or dealing with teenage drama at home.

When he’s not building things or navigating the minefield of fatherhood, Ryan’s an athlete extraordinaire. He played senior-level ball for 20 years and even snagged a national championship with his team. Not content to rest on his laurels, he also dominated on the ice, winning back-to-back provincial championships playing defense with his AA hockey team.

As our Production Manager, Ryan ensures our crew is organized, efficient, and up-to-date on the latest construction standards. His leadership and eagle-eyed attention to detail mean that every project we undertake is top-notch. If there’s a construction project that doesn’t meet our high standards, Ryan probably hasn’t seen it yet.

In his downtime, Ryan enjoys golfing (though he’s still trying to figure out how to build a better putter), spending time with his family and dog, and living life to the fullest. From finisher to journeyman carpenter to Production Manager, Ryan’s journey is a testament to his dedication, hard work, and maybe a little bit of magic.
